Sebastian Vettel wins a thrilling Brazilian Grand Prix!

What a fantastic weekend it was at Interlagos, with Lewis Hamilton dominating the time sheets on Friday practices but crashing in his first qualifying lap, forcing him to start from the pitlane with a fresh new power unit. It was Valtteri Bottas who took Pole from Vettel and Raikkonen.

On Sunday's race, Vettel passed Bottas in the first corner but several crashes down the field exiting the Senna esses forced the Safety Car to come out while debris and cars were cleared out. This changed the strategy of the race. At the end, it was Sebastian Vettel who took his fifth win of the season, followed by Valtteri Bottas and Kimi Raikkonen. Lewis Hamilton drove like a man possessed to finish fourth, right behind Raikkonen. Daniel Ricciardo, who was hit on the first lap incident, recovered to finish P6, right after his teammate Max Verstappen in fifth. This was the last Formula One race at home for Felipe Massa.
