It was a very interesting weekend at Barcelona, a track everyone knows best of them all. On Saturday it was Sir Lewis Hamilton who did the fastest lap in qualifying and with it his 100th pole position in Formula One.
On Sunday, expectations were high as qualifying was tight, some say more than ever before this season. It was Max Verstappen who had the upper hand at the start, racing in the lead by turn 3, but at the end, it was a mixture of excellent team strategy and masterclass driving by Hamilton who ended up on the top step of the podium.
Valtteri Bottas finished third, completing the podium.
