Germany now dropped from the 2015 calendar
The FIA has finally revealed the outcome regarding the 2015 F1 German GP, and it is not the one we hoped for. Germany is now confirmed to be out of this year’s Championship, as a new revised calendar is now in effect with 19 races.
Rumor has it Mercedes made a real effort and even offered large sums of money to keep the German GP in place, but sadly it was not enough, and the lack of venue now results in a 3-week gap between the British and Hungarian GP’s.
The 2015 Grands Prix on the revised calendar are as follows:
15 March - Australian
29 March - Malaysia
12 April - Chinese
19 April - Bahrain
10 May - Spanish
24 May - Monaco
07 June - Canadian
21 June - Austrian
05 July - British
26 July - Hungarian
23 August - Belgian
06 September - Italian
20 September - Singapore
27 September - Japanese
25 October - United States
01 November - Mexican
15 November - Brazilian
29 November - Abu Dhabi
